Location​

Sammati is a retreat farm located in the mountains of Sierra Escalona and 10 minutes from the beaches of Costa Blanca and Cálida, along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. The property is surrounded by Monte Mediterraneo and orange orchards with stunning trails for hiking and exploring. Check-in is August 30 at 4:00pm and check-out is September 5 at 4:00pm.

Cost of Retreat Includes

• daily yoga classes + workshops led by Nikki/Kathleen

• breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared and served on site (vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary needs available)

• special paella send off dinner

• round trip transportation for day trip to Alicante

• snacks, tea, infusions, water available all day

• yoga props provided on-site (mats, towels, blocks)

• Cata de Vino (wine tasting) in Bodega Madrid Romero (meal included) 65€ pp + taxi fees

*We can coordinate with a taxi service if that’s your preference. Please let us know. Otherwise, there are plenty of public transportation options that are affordable including train and bus (e.g., train from Valencia to Alicante is approx. 4-22€. Suggested airports include: Alicante (taxi is approx. 50-100€ pp/per way, depending on group size), Valencia (taxi is approx. 75-125€ pp/per way, depending on group size), or Madrid which would be a gorgeous, affordable train ride. More information will be provided upon booking and we can coordinate flight times for those who want to ride share to the resort.

Investment

To reserve a room, a $1,000 USD non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit per person is due at time of booking (@Kathleen-Barry-5 on Venmo). The remainder of your balance is due 90 days before the retreat (May 30, 2025). No refunds will be issued within 60 days of retreat.

Accomodations

Simple, rustic, and immersed in stunning view of orchards, desert cacti, and rolling hills, Sammati’s accommodations range from a basic twin bed with shared bathroom, to a larger apartment sized room with more privacy. Each room has it’s own character, and can be made to accommodate 1-2 folks. If you’d like to room with MORE than 2 folks, please let us know as you register as a limited number of rooms can accommodate up to 4 folks.
